DELIVERING CONSERVATION THROUGH DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

Join us to discuss how technology contributes to water management progress and success.

LUNCH IS PROVIDED.  PLEASE REGISTER.

Oracle Corporation will speak about how the utilities customer experience has undergone radical transformation in the last five years with the maturation of social, mobile, analytics and the cloud.  How businesses and governments connect with their customers and the nature of the customer relationship has become more intimate and direct.  Utility conservation outreach is a mix of government to consumer (G2C) and government to business (G2B) marketing, both of which have radically changed through this revolution.  Both are far more quantitative than ever before.  During this presentation, Oracle will share its insights in terms of what this digital transformation means for a utility organization marketing conservation efforts.  Specifically, this presentation will help you understand how digital technologies will improve your connection with your customers through the use of cloud marketing, social and service technologies.
